    Managers are rude and abrasive when asked a question, particularly those at the checkout. Felt uncomfortable in store as I had a complaint against a member of staff, and was stared at by multiple staff members until I left the store. Would happily go to Coles over being treated like a circus animal.

    Easy parking. Great staff. Is generally rather quiet and has self service checkout.

    we like shopping at woolies in Forest lakes , its clean, convenient and found the staff to be helpful,BUT we are let down by the meat department, the chicken maryland we bought for dinner last tuesday was Off and tonight the pork fillets were beyond tough, we will still shop there but go elsewhere for our meat
